1) Take CC7 as directed, on package. Taking more will NOT speed up results.
2) Once weight goals are reached, you may require less supplement than when you began.
3) If you take any medication, take it about 40 minutes before or 1 and 1/2 hours after taking CC7. This supplement can slow the action of drugs or medicinal herbs.
4) Drink adequate amounts of water with this supplement. Maintain good hydration.
5) If currently pregnant, on any medication for diabetes, have heart disease or other significant health problem, consult a qualified physician, before using this supplement.
6) Avoid inhaling the purified CC7 powder. Doing so could temporarily form excess mucous in the lungs and may lead to shortness of breath.
